π Overview
The Lethifold, also known as the Living Shroud, is an extremely rare and dangerous creature that resembles a black cloak. It attacks sleeping victims at night, smothering and digesting them whole, leaving no trace behind. It is one of the few creatures that can only be repelled by a Patronus Charm.

- Woke to find himself being smothered
- Managed to produce a Patronus Charm despite the attack
- The Patronus drove the Lethifold away
- His account is documented in "Fantastic Beasts"
- Demonstrated the extreme danger and lethality of these creatures
βοΈ Classification
The Lethifold's danger rating:
- Ministry of Magic classification: XXXXX (Known wizard killer / impossible to train or domesticate)
